Based in the UK, add-victor was founded by Steve White-Cooper a former professional sportsman who had represented Harlequins and England. Following his retirement in 2002 and his move into recruitment, Steve recognised that the same ingredients for success applied to sport and business when creating a winning formula.

With a cross sector client base, add-victor brings together sport, forces and business through the provision of internships and final placements. We understand that every industry has specific talent acquisition needs and every candidate has different motivations.
